Wow so far the Spurs are really embarrasing the Wizards. In the second quarter with 8:30 left the Spurs are up by 18 42-24 and Tony Parker has really been putting up a show so far. He is 7-8 from the floor and has been able to get in the paint all game. As for the Wizards Gilbert Arenas is the only one doing anything shooting 4-8 and 2 free throws. The rest of the Wizards from the field are just 4-20 with a Caron Butler layup, Andrey Blatche dunk, Etan Thomas dunk, and Antonio Daniels 3. If the Wizards want to have any chance of coming back the rest of the players are going to have to step it up.
The Spurs played a great first half. Everybody contributed when they went out on the floor. Tony Parker played great in the first quarter going 7-8. Gilbert is the only one really doing anything for the Wizards. He is playing great so far, but Caron had a terrible first half. He air balled a shot from 5 feet.....He just isnt playing like himself. Duncan had a pretty good first half as well.I think this game is pretty much over at halftime. Unless Gilbert and Caron come out on fire, this games done with. The wiz without Jamison are just a plain average team.
Wow, was I wrong in the pick thread. It is basically Arenas and Butler vs. the Spurs. Shame that my wishing didn't come true of Arenas picking up the slack for Jamison by getting close to 50.
The Wizards are going to struggle w/o Jamison, they have to rely on Gilbert and Butler every night for their team to win games and that is not always going to happen.
They need more help w/o Jamison, especially if only two guys score above ten(Arenas, Butler) and the rest are below and shooting bad.

Haywood has been playing well of late, Stevenson was doing great earlier this year but has cooled down, and Hayes has been up and down but this year he is averaging only 6 ppg which is a career low.
Ming, refs ain't do nothing wrong. Couple plays was missed, but the way we played is the reason we lost. We didn't come out with energy, unlike that game at san antonio. During that game we atleast played some D. Last night was different. Refs had a hand in our lost at SA, but everything was fair last night. I don't know why, but everytime we play against the Spurs,it's seems we choke. The team had a lot of good looks, but the shots weren't falling. Hell, Butler even got an airball from like 6 feet away from the basket. We had a good run in the last few mins of the third, but Manu hit some big threes that pushed it back to 20 in the fourth.

I know your just kidding.Spurs just played really well. It was a mixture of good offense and just bad defense by the Wiz. They made a great run to end the 3rd, but it just went right back up in the 4th. The Wiz just can do it without Jamison. He is alot more valuable than I thought he was....
Jarvis Hayes has the ability to step up. He's a great scorer and can help provide scoring outside from the arc. And also Haywood too. He's big and should be a great post up player. But he struggles at times. When is Jamison coming back?
