Boston College has impressed me so far. They've had a few tough losses, and I actually expected them to go into the shitter after they lost Williams and McLean I think the other guy suspended was? Dudley and Rice have been playing amazingly since they were suspended and are defintiely picking it up. A nice win vs. V Tech, and a few tough losses to mediocre teams, and a few road ACC losses. Should they be ranked? Its not for me to say, but they could be ranked soon if they pull off a few wins on this upcoming make or break stretch where they go to FSU and VTech, and they play Duke and UNC at home. I think maybe if they win 2 of those games, especially one of the two home games, that could go a long way in helping them win the conference.
They beat FSU today 68-67 (the second time they've beaten them this season)to improve to 18-6 overall and 9-2 in the ACC (Currently in first place over North Carolina)Next game: vs. #16 Duke
It was actually a very nice win. I was watching this at my buddys girlfriends house tonight. Solid game. That four point play by Dudley was spectacular. Pulled it out in the end, solid win. Two tough homegames coming up vs UNC and Duke. Make or break stretch for Boston College coming.
