Connaughton scored 50 and the crowd chanted MVP for him

Hey baller, it's time for you to raise the difficulty level.

I much prefer having to concentrate and execute during cruch time, than having a game be over after the first quarter, but if you prefer murdalizing your opponents to having a nail biter, then cool. Have a blast!

How do you know he doesn't have it set at the highest difficulty level. Maybe he's good.

On other threads KS has indicated that he doesn't change the difficulty setting when he plays 2K.

He's trying to keep the simulation as realistic as possible. The real Portland Trail Blazers don't find it difficult at all to dominate. Most of their games are over after the first quarter.

    Good work, KingSpeed.

Given our real season, this is probably cathartic for @KingSpeed

I'm playing at Superstar now. Had a game against Cleveland a few days ago where I was down 106-98 just over 1 minute to go. Made it 106-101 with a Harkless 3-pointer, they went to a free throw line because LeBron got fouled and he only hit one to make it 107-101. I took a timeout, had a quick run and scored to make it 107-103. Crucial part came there when Love missed a shot and I scored a three-pointer with CJ with 18 or 19 seconds on the clock, 107-106. James fouled, coming to a free throw line, he scores the first one... misses the second! Rebound, timeout. I tried to play it slow, moved the ball around but just could not get a shot - the desire was to tie the game 108-108. I ran around pointlessly for a few seconds, then realized the clock is expiring shortly... 3.. 2.... 1... Have to hit the shot but I'm close to the half of the court... but it's CJ. IT GOES IN!!!!! They took ages to review it but it counted so I won 109-108. What a freaking game it was.

Still it will go to waste because I intend t0 start a new "Start Today" in a week or so. Will be a good comeback task with Blazers.

    Virtual Dominance.... Real Life Suckage.

Generally, I'd prefer the other way around.

I would usually say giving a play by play of your 2K game is worse than hearing about someones fantasy football team (im guilty of this), but I was actually entertained by your play by play! 2K Blazer games better than real Blazer games...sigh.

Believe it or not it's a regular size hoop. I did have 46 blocks though.

The hoop was regulation size, but the opposing players were not.

Yeah I was bored at work so did this memory of that wonderful game. BTW I reached until Grizzlies game on Start Today which I started from Lakers at home game. My results until Wizards were largely similar, only I beat Pistons but lost in LA. Wizards also battered me. Based on this I think we will beat Charlotte after a close one.

I should mention I'm playing with a lot of injuries. Dame, CJ, Meyers, and Turner are all out. I picked up Nate Robinson to help out.

Felton would be a good pick up for you. He's always willing to take the big shot and he's a hungry player.
