So what do you guys think is gonna happen in the next 2 games? Lakers and Pistons are 2 great teams. They played tonight and Kobe was struggling, but Pistons were just awesome. I don't think Lakers are gonna play like they did today, tomorrow against the Raptors. I think Raps could take both of them. If they do, it'll be awesome, 28-23!
Lakers had better win, they've already dropped some unecessary ones on this trip. No offense, but I want LA to kill Toronto.
Well I'm pretty sure the Raptors have a chance of beating the Lakers cause we showed that we can beat teams that are above .500 this year when we play our best b asketball. Pistons I'm, not feeling a victory but a lost. The Lakers also lost Kwame again too, so we might win and we'll still playing hot. all Toronto teams are playing hot right now even leafs. And also Bosh is still feeling good at himself, after having one of his top performance. So raptors have a 70:30 chance of winning.

Based on their current level of play, I pretty much feel the Raps can run with anytime in the league right now, with the exception of maybe the Suns (mind you, we only lost to them by 1 last time we played). I expect a win everytime they step on the court.
Thats asking a bit too much, I think the Raptors will put up a fight, but the Lakers and Pistons, then the Bulls? thats asking a whole lot, if they do, they would be near the top of the Eastern at 29-23
I think that the Raptors will "Get out the Salami and Cheese" on the Lakers I take Jose to step up in that game, and also VS the Pistons if the Raptors want a chance I think the need to get Bosh tight on Odom
You really have to look at it one game at a time. If teams starting looking at it as playing the Lakers, Pistons and Bulls, they psyche themselves out and are, essentially, battling all three teams at once. There is absolutely no reason why the raps can't win any one of those given games. Baby steps gentlemen, baby steps.
LMAO I sayed if they beat the pistons CB4 needs to guard tight on Odom, but Odom is on the lakers I ment Chris Webber
Raps beat Lakers. Raps on a 5 game winning streak now. Bosh got the MVP chant while Kobe got the BOOS. Kobe Struggled again but was better in the 4th quarter. The 1st half was kinda boring, but then 2nd half started to get exciting. Mo Pete and his 3s. He's going to be a Raptor for life guys.
Nice win. Kobe got hot in the end and really lit it up. I was real scared when they took the 2 point lead. But Mo, up to his usual 4th quarter self, drained a three that put us ahead, Kobe missed a game tieing three and the rest was raptors. Kudos to Bosh to, 30 and 10.
Ya, it was quite scary. And Kobe had a nice shot to tie up the game. And the salami and chesse would of came out earlier if Parker or Bosh scored their free throws.

Kobe had a great chance...he got Garbo to bite, he should've moved up...well, why am I giving him pointers? He's Kobe....but who cares...either way, the Raptors won, and that's all that matters. Like someone said, you can't look at all 3 games, one game at a time. Now you have the Pistons, don't look farther than that. 4 games over .500 gentlemen.
Holy sh*t! I knew they could beat the Lakers. Man 5 in a row. I got scared in the 4th quarter lol. but Raps all the way. About the Pistons game. Raps have no homecourt advantage..damn. But it's still a winnable game.Man 27-23, Raps are awesome.
We're also 13th in the power rankings so that's a good sign that we went from the 20s to the high 13th. Ya the raps are awesome. None of the other teams are going to catch up to us now. But now it'll be a while since we get another lotto pick.
Yes, we win our 5th straight. I'll be honest. I went to bed around halftime. I've been going to bed really early lately. I guess I'm still catching up on my sleep. At a sleepover, I went to bed at 2:30, and everypne got up at 8:00 Anyway, from what I saw both teams were sluggish offensively in the first half. Anthony Parker was being aggressive, and scoring some inside points. Neither team's PG's were that good. Jose and TJ did not do a good job of passing the ball out. Chris started to get it going in the 2nd quarter. He had some good moves inside the basket to score...Also, Bargnani didn't take that many long range shots from what I saw. But the 1 three that I saw him take, he made...Anyway, it was a garbage game in the 1st. Glad we won though.
you should of taken a power nap CB4, because I heard the 2nd half of the game was a great watch! In response to hongkongkobe's post about how were not going to get another lotto pick in a while. In all honesty why do we need to get any younger? We already have the foundation for the franchise in Bosh, Ford, and Bargnani everyone else just falls into place! Alot of people have this mentallity of going young and getting a bunch of lottery picked players to be a great future team but are the Hawks any threat at all year after year with their abundance of young talent? Boston is in the same situation! But yeah just because were shaping up to be a playoff team for years to come doesn't mean we cant aquire any lotto picks in the future, remember we have Colangelo in the office.
