Wyc Grousbeck's comment Wyc said that he doesn't hold Danny Ainge accountable for the roster. Well, Wyc... do you realize that Danny Ainge assembled this entire roster? What kind of idiot can sit there and say that the Director of Basketball Operations (job = make personnel and roster decisions, moves) is not responsible for the ROSTER. That is complete bullsh**. Danny Ainge's comment Danny said that he never envisioned/planned to have this many young players on the roster at one time. Well, Danny... isn't that just proof that your "vision" backfired? Four years later, you have yet to decide on a direction for this team and you have completely overhauled this team with average young talent. You proved you had no direction by stripping the team to the bone, going out to get Toine/GP/Ricky, then dealing all them and starting all over with more youth. Now, you are stuck in the middle again (Pierce wants veterans and wants to trade for good veterans, yet Ainge vastly overvalues the young players we have and we have a potential #1 or 2 pick). Then Ainge tries to pass this off like it's all ok. Wyc saying everything is beautiful. I'm sick of our management sugar-coating everything and trying to tell fans it's alright, when it clearly isn't. I give Doc Rivers credit for actually coming out and saying "this sucks." He's telling it like it is. I'm sorry, I don't know what to say, and I'm not even sure this deserved it's own thread. But I need to let off some steam, so if I go on 20 more rants this season do not be surprised.
Haha Danny is retarded. He never envisioned this many young players, yet, he never did anything about it when it started happening. This team is depressing right now.

That's like saying we don't hold Gerald Green accountable for how he does in the dunk contest. It just makes no sense, and I lost it when I heard that.
