    It's a wildfire in Oklahoma, which they are covering until they get the signal back for the chase. The further north the helicopter travels away from Pheonix, the worse the signal is.

    ...no, but not a single car/truck/semi pulled over or even attempted to slow down and pull over. If a police chase is happening behind you and there are sirens/lights going off, then pull the fuck over.
