The 81 point game was such a debacle, man. Horrible defense by the Raps. They didn't double the guy at all, basically. I'm glad I was able to see it, but I hate that it happened to my team. I think they booed him on Friday just because he's the best player in the NBA (in my opinion) and they wanted to make it tough on him. Wouldn't have happened last year because the Raps sucked so much. Now, though, fans will do whatever they think will help their team win and that means booing the star on the other time. I think it's cool to have such a smart crowd.

He wasn't even a fan of the Pacers then. He told me that he only recently became a fan right after I told him about the 2000 finals. It came up when he said he didn't know the Blazers were in the Western Conference Finals that year and I brought up the Pacers in the finals and he had no idea.
