Yup. Same thing ill do with homless people. Ill buy you a meal, but im not giving you a $10 spot to get drunk. I had a woman with 2 kids get mad at me once when i bought her and the kids a pizza instead of giving her money.

    I've proclaimed nothing.

    Science does.

You proclaimed us to be dumb, gullible, and enablers... so I guess you're right, I was just assuming you think you're smarter than us.

My father was a scientist before he retired and is a devout Christian, they are not mutually exclusive.

because gluten allergies are more liberal fantasy and are actually extremely rare.

During the last snow & ice thing we had I walked up to McDonald's (Hey, don't judge me, I had cabin fever and needed to get out.) saw a guy huddled against the side of a store. Asked if he wanted something to eat so he came with me to McDonald's. I bought him 2 cheese burgers, a small fry & dollar coffee and then got 5 ones for a $5 bill. I got my order to go and gave him the receipt. It was in the teens out temperature wise, AKA freezing ass cold. There are signs on the wall saying you can only stay in the McDonald's dining room for 1 hour past the time on your receipt. I handed him the 5 $1s and told him he could stay there for 5 hours out of the cold, just buy something for $1 every hour.

Don't know if he stayed or left and spent the $5 on booze. All I know is I did the right thing.

The McDonald's by my house is close to a really nice park where there are a lot of homeless people. I used to go through the drive through and feed the 1 or 2 homeless people on the corner who were usually there holding signs they were hungry. Well... I did it so many times that the last time I went there were like 10 people waiting for me and I realized McDonald's probably didn't appreciate the little gathering I had created.... Ooops!

If you would have taught them to cook a burger they could have eaten each other.

By the way the similar threads down below (all started by @SlyPokerDog ) are not at all similar.
