Again, this is a much more complex problem then just building a wall. You have to stop the rewards/incentives for them coming here first or at the very least simultaneously. All a wall is is a very big hurdle.
You might as well just spend that money commissioning a picture of yourself, the money all goes to run the charity. Its a total scam!

A lot of students teach English under the table overseas....one common scam is not to pay tax when you're ready to go home and get a free ticket stateside knowing you'll probably never come back.....we tend to think americans don't work illegally around the globe but they do...usually travelers...to hire a laborer in Taiwan you must be their guaranteur if you claim them as employees....if they skip out on the tax...you pay it

The wall will take the longest to finish so you start that first, then implement other policies in tandem to patrol and take away the incentives. Dude it's not like a 2,000 mile wall pops up in 2-3 months! Hahaha
