<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>February 10th, 2007Pierce bounces back with full workoutPosted by Scott Souza at 1:55 pmFor the first time in eight weeks Paul Pierce went through a full team workout today in Waltham. He reported ?just basketball soreness? after the hourlong practice and said he intends to slowly build up his playing time after being out since Dec. 20 with a stress reaction in his foot and an infection in his elbow.Pierce played 20 minutes in a surprise return to action Friday. He came off the bench to a standing ovation at the TD Banknorth Garden and scored nine points in 20 minutes on 4-of-16 shooting. Prior to his return, his practices consisted of partial workouts, shooting and conditioning.Wally Szczerbiak (ankle sprain) ran on a treadmill during practice and fired away from the 3-point line in an impressive display after the workout. He said he will not travel to Minnesota, where he played his entire career before being traded to Boston last January, for tomorrow?s game. He said he will test the ankle again Monday to determine whether he will play Wednesday against Milwaukee.</div>Looks like Pierce and Szczerbiak will be back for Wednesday. So, don't place your money on the C's to beat TWolves, save it for Milwaukee (19-32), or if the payout isn't good enough or Paul won't be playing enough time to make you confident, they are playing the Kings (22-26) on the 20th after all-star break.

^^That quote is about Wally and not Pierce. Pierce will start tonight. Edit: You changed it. The original quote you had was about Wally. Pierce will play tonight. He won't skip Minnesota. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Paul Pierce will likely return to the Celtics' starting lineup at Minnesota tonight, coach Doc Rivers said yesterday. The game will be another conditioning session for Pierce, though with the team having lost 17 straight, Rivers said, "Obviously, we want to get a win before anything else."</div>http://www.boston.com/sports/basketball/ce...celtics_hopeful

I fixed the title of the thread. But I'm glad we will have a pretty healthy lineup this week, we need it. I just hope this isn't too soon for Wally, I mean just 5 days rest for a sprained ankle? We all know his history with those ankles, he has sprained his left ankle twice since December.
