Victory Boxing Promotions kicked off 2017 with a bang at 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia. Philly boxing fans were treated to seven fights featuring undefeated, world class talent, headlined by four-time National Amateur Champion Jaron “Boots” Ennis versus Puerto Rico’s Elvin Perez. Ennis remained undefeated when an early body shot brought Perez to his knees in the first round of their scheduled six round contest.
