It would have confused liberals if he went with a woman. I'm just hoping for a strict constitutionalist since Trump seems intent on coloring outside of the lines.
He was the only one I remember in the debates actually mentioning the Constitution when speaking of nominating someone. That gives me a sliver of hope.

Turns out the White House is wrong again. I WILL want to miss it. Is EVERYTHING a fucking reality TV show now? Apparently they're flying out more than one of the candidates! So it'll be like the Oscars! Except for what used to be a dignified member of one of the three branches of government!

I don't expect any better. If he's the nominee, you can call him Justice soon enough. Ginsberg may struggle to make it to 8 years of Trump, hoping for a democrat to name her replacement. Good luck with that.
