Can I know who the someone is lol? It's easily Kobe. He's better in basically every aspect of the game. Whoever the guy is who thinks AI is better is an idiot. Tell him htis came from a huge Iverson fan also.
It's Kobe. He is easily the better defender, he is able to score more points on a higher clip, better rebounder, better shooter. The only things Ai has on Kobe are quickness, and court vision (and that's his job as a PG)....

Have you guys? Also if AI was on the Lakers last year, he wouldn't of been able to bring that team into the playoffs like Kobe did. Enough said.
Up until last year, I always felt AI was higher all time, and just as good of a player. Then Kobe showed, for the first time without Shaq, he could be a leader and a winner and could carry a team. He showed, once and for all, he is the better scorer. To me, it has to be Kobe. Done more in his career, better scorer, defender, rebounder, and clutch player.

None of those kids know anything about basketball anyways. The guys defending Kobe are almost as bad as the ones siding with Iverson.But it's Kobe; clear to see if you watch basketball and not the media surrounding basketball.

I can't even see myself comparing the two. The both have different styles and play different positions.

Kobe's defense is sooo overrated. I mean, everyone puts him in their top 5 perimeter defenders. Has anyone actually been seing kobe playing no defense? Just yesterday, he was getting torched on penetration by marbury and crawford. He decides to play defense every 3 games. He cheats way too much, never respects a shooter.

He cheats way too much, never respects a shooter.</div>Yeah he's been incredibly inconsistent this season and it's shown since the Laker's perimeter defense has been horrible this season, but I still think he has what it takes to lock down super stars if he wants to. He has done it on a few occasions this season in the 4th quarter. I wish he could actually start always trying on defense though. It should hopefully happen since the Lakers are starting to get most of their players back again.
its not that hes doesn't want to, he has priority to play full strength at the offensive end and cant get in foul trouble. If hes locking down all game chances are he wont play as many minutes which KILLS the lakers offense and is much more likely to get in foul trouble, again, limiting minutes.
Kobe is so much better than AI that it is not even funny. Not only is he better at defense, maybe passing, rebounding, and other things, he is also better than AI at scoring which is his best attritube. He can definitely shoot the long ball better, he has a better mid range game (by percentages), and he is just as good at going to the basket, AND he can finish above the rim which helps. Kobe is pretty much better at every aspect of the game....
