I don't see christians being silenced and not currently having a voice in politics so I don't think any changes need to be made.
If churches should be taxed, why not tax states, county & cities, they all remove property from tax rolls, and all get involved in politics
In Salem the state owns lots of very valuable property taken off the tax roles. makes everyone in Salem pay a higher tax than needed and disproportionately charges people in Salem a higher tax than if all the property was on the tax roles. Also it looks like the federal govt owns over 1/2 the land in the western states, creates higher taxes, less land to tax.
When is Trump going to start tweeting the Johnson Amendment and telling the Johnson Amendment about how overrated it is and that it is failing. Until then, I don't think it is going to be a high priority for him.
