I wanted to make my avatar an old UConn great, and I was thinking and I realized I forgot all about Ricky Moore. Anybody remember this guy? He was a key player on the 99 national champs team, made the cover of SI actually, and was an all around great role player for the team. I'm pretty sure he was on Detroit, but never played.On topic, how about Khalid El-Amin? Another UConn legend on the 99 championship team. Tje point guard for the team, and I think without him they would not have won it. In the DUke/UConn Nat. Championship he scored their last 4 points and anybody who has seen that game would know how important those 5 points were. He was the heart and soul of the team. Also made a SI cover lol. Yeah I remember these guys, mainly Moore though, I was wondering what ever happened to him because I remember how good he was with Uconn.
I remember Khalid, because he's from Minnesota, but that's really the only reason. I also remember watching that game, but don't really remember any details about it.
