Two amazing games on ESPN and ESPN2. On ESPN, there was Kentucky at Tennesse, and on ESPN2, there was Texas Tech at Texas A&M. Both big upsets. Both games were intense, and I had to keep changing channels to see what happened in each game every minute. The Kentucky-Tennesse game was awesome, Tennesse had a double-digit lead earlier in the game, but Kentucky made a huge run - led by Joe Crawford. Guys like Bradley, Morris, Jasper, Meeks, etc. contributed, as well. Then Kentucky got sloppy defensively at the end and guys like Ramel Bradely made costly turnovers. Kentucky lost, 89-84. Texas Tech was keeping it close with No. 6 ranked Texas A&M. Jarius Jackson had the hot hand for TT, scoring 31 points. No one else except for him had a hot hand, and TT didn't really have a balanced scoring attack. A&M never took advantage of their opportunities and collapsed defensively at crucial points during the game - Acie Law once again came up clutch to hit a three to tie the game at 75, but with 4 seconds left, Jackson runs down court and hits a jumper from the elbow. TT pulls off the upset. Both were great games..
Didn't catch either. Texas Tech is definitely a team that probably won't make the tourney, but would have the ability to do damage. They have had close games a just can't come out with the wins lately. This team is very deadly though are are coached by a great in Bob Knight.
That TAMU/TT game was awesome. Acie Law hits his signature big shot, Jackson comes back and hits a bigger one. I love it.
im watching duke vs because right now. Since duke is going to win, you guys def see them back in the ap poll right?
