He played a terrific game, no question about it, but I still think Chris Paul deserved it (16 points, 17 assists, 9 steals). But, congratulations to Lee.

Don't get me wrong, Lee played great out there tonight, of course, on a bunch of rookies. But honestly, I would give it to Chris Paul, he had 17 Assists, and 17 points, and added in 9 steals. How did he not win? Is points everything? Ugh..But yeah, congrats to em.
the dude didn't miss a shot. I think that was the deciding factor. 17, 17 and 9 is amazing tho. if I wasn't so obsessed with david lee I'd say give it to chris paul.
No disrespect to David Lee, he shouldn't have gotten this. All 14 of those shots were dunks or layups. Chris Paul deserved it without a doubt. He and Deron are the ones that actually set Lee up for all of his easy buckets.

Well, 1 of 8 or so ain't bad.</div>balkman is good he's just lost in the rotation because of francis and crawford. when he plays he brings the same intangibles that d lee brings.

I think not. I do, however, agree that he should be starting.

I feel he should be starting even if he didn't win the award I just think this mvp award should catch isiah's attention. the dudes a baller.
Does anyone know where I can find the stats of this game NBA.com doesn't seem to be working for me :S
Nice, congrats to David Lee and the Knicks fans! He had a really good game today, so what if his dunks were all open feeds this game was all about fun and the fans...its just great to see someone like Lee finally getting some recognition. Anyways the game was really that entertaining untill Monta Ellis and Chris Paul started taking over...
