Letterman nails it when it comes to Trump http://www.etonline.com/news/212183...e_night_television_today_shades_jimmy_fallon/
From CNN? And from a FORMER government employee, who just happens to work for CNN now? I'm sure Richard Petty has opinions about how current NASCAR racing is run. Doesn't make him right though.
"When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with them. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists."
If somebody started doing donuts in pit row, in the middle of a race, you wouldn't need to be a former race car driver to know that something strange was going on. If Trump can produce evidence that Obama orchestrated some vast conspiracy to wiretap his phones without a FISA warrant, then I'm all ears, but until that point, his accusations look a lot more like a smoke screen meant to distract people that might be looking into his campaign staff's connections to Russian officials.
You mean SESSIONS? The guy who was doing his job BEFORE Trump was even elected? That is what you're so concerned about? http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/03/02/sessions-meeting-with-russian-envoy-hyped-beyond-reason-criticism-unfair.html THAT is what Democrats have their panties in a wad about. He didn't fly to Russia to give away state secrets or buy support. which is the rhetoric that the media is pushing, as well as many Democrats. He met with 50 envoys from various countries at a convention, and then met with the Ukrainian ambassador in his office while he was a member of the SASC to discuss the problems in Ukraine. That's it.
Sessions maybe, maybe not, but we already have a National Security Advisor who resigned less than a month on the job in Flynn over improper contact with Russian officials, then there's Carter Page weird dissembling interviews and Paul Manafort's connections to Viktor Yanukovych (a Putin stooge). I'm not saying anything nefarious went on, but I do think there's enough questions about these connections and the timing of the DNC hacks to be investigated and FWIW I'm not a Democrat, nor am I a Republican -- a pox on both their houses.
The people that are being sent by Mexico are the criminals. The people that are coming here of their own free will are almost exclusively desperate, hard-working people looking for a better life.
Fair enough. True. So what Trump said wasn't untrue. But, of course the media has an agenda.....so "RACISTS!"
The media (on both sides of the spectrum) is doing what they always do: Blur the context so quotes fit their desired narrative.
Very true. It's why I don't watch ANY msm news anymore. Unless there's a natural disaster/weather phenomena that concerns me, or unless there's a national crisis, then I get my news from whatever online article interests me.
biggest lie from the Trump camp ever.....most undocumented Hispanics are not even Mexican...Mexico used to cooperate by stopping Central and South Americans at their southern border....most refugees coming here are escaping civil war or cartel wars in their homeland...and not Mexican at all...Columbians, El Salvadorians, Guatemalans, Hondurans, Nicaraguans, etc.....since the Trump wall Mexico now says they will no longer worry about transients from Central and South America at the borders and let the US border deal with all of them from here on.......Trumps idiotic plan....backfired
