Nope. I don't think he has ever showed his face on Raptors TV. I had it like a few years ago when Rogers gave those free trials. All they showed a lot was the Carter dunk contest and some vintage basketball when I had it and some Raptors talk with Chuck. Watched it a lot, but they never showed anything of the Raptor. I'm as well interested as who's under there. Go Search on it for Google or something. Or email Chuck?
I think its Mugsy Bogues lol... but Yeah I saw him all through All Star weekend though he is the most poular mascot in the NBA.
