Looks good. My only complaints are that its a little bit too yellow, and I'm not feeling the strokes. Other than that, great job!

I struggled with the text so decided to see how it would look without any. I guess it was a bad decision haha.
add some soft touches of black brushes around the sit so it tones down the sigs brightness just a tad bit. Also, for the shadow renders.. add some sort of effect to it with one of the photoshop filters- try around. otherwise, im really feeling this sig.
