Then he would be the worst player to make the HOF.

Lillard keeps putting himself into elite groups every year and yet the media almost thinks of him as an after thought. Just shows how strong the guards are at this moment and how many good players the league has right now.

If Dame was in NY or LA he would be considered a superstar.

Is it really a bad thing to be called the "worst" of that group? The worst of that group is still better than a whole lot of other players.

I don't think it would matter. He's all over tv. The team just needs to be better. Look at Westbrook

If the team performed better this season, they would of considered him an all star. It's stupid but that's how it goes. I just don't get how they give him all NBA but no all star love.

Thats like saying the 2011 Porsche 911 GT3 is worse than the 2009 Ferrari 458! Why even respond ass clowns like this. This type of reply tweet looks like something a few on here would put out there.

How is he "on pace", exactly, Sly? I mean, of those 5 dudes listed, only two are in the HOF.

Of course he is. He's the greatest Blazer ever, potentially, maybe, some day in the future, or possibly now.

You know how someone is great. It's not their presence you notice, but their absence. I was am an idiot and started listening to Derek Jeter's detractors after about ten years in the league. Baseball stats geeks are the biggest pricks on the planet and they will tear a player apart to analyze his faults. There was line of thinking that Jeter couldn't play SS anymore and everybody jumped on. And maybe they were right. But nobody could jam a high and tight fastball up the middle like Jeter. Nobody could get 200 hits when he was almost forty years old like Jeter. Nobody has more hits at SS than Jeter. I only noticed all this stuff AFTER he was gone and Arod was the closest thing to a star on the Yanks. I promised I would never do the same thing with Dame. Appreciate greatness when it's here. Not after it's gone....
