Iggy deff got robed last year, and fans have the right to be mad. I think if this years guys were scoring last year Iggy would have won.About Dwight that sticker dunk thing was amazing he deff should have gotten a better score. And Green was good dunking over Nate the not so great, and the table, and that other dunk he has awsome.

I think next time (if there is a next time), Dwight should attempt to grab a quarter off the top of the backboard, and then dunk it.

That dunk was crap for Gerald though, he can do so much better. I'd love that on an inbounds play though. [IMG]

The mere fact that Howard had a sticker made just for a dunk contest deserves more points. Of course if he wasnt 6'11'', he would have gotten more points.

I can't name 1 player in the league that could likely hit 12 and a half feet. And I don't say that being a big man has any thing to do with it? Can shaq get even 11 feet? Hell no. Just being tall isn't it, that was good athleticism. And, unfortunately, there won't be a next time, since this is D12's 3rd year in the NBA, so he can't be in it next year thanks to stern's gay rule.

Dwight's dunk was reminiscent of Wilt Chamberlain's old "Hammer and Nails" dunk he did with the Globetrotters. According to legend, Earl Manigault could take a quarter off the top of the backboard but, that's just legend.

Though Nate Robinson took 10 or 12 tries to do that off-the-back-board 360 dunk, I still enjoyed the guy being there in the dunk contest. Also, he showed tremendous showmanship when he actually allowed Gerald Green to dunk over him.</span>

It's overhyped because he put a sticker on the backboard. Woweee! I'm sure Gerald Green could do that too, but he was more focused on doing an actual good dunk. Who the hell cares if he put a sticker up there. Everyone knows he can get up there. He has kissed the rim before. People should judge the dunk, not his dumb efforts to boost his score.</div>He jumped nearly 40 inches in the air, caught the ball with one hand, and dunked it with the other, most people cant do that on a normal 9 feet board. That was better than a windmill anyday. If Stern rasied that net to 12 feet, and you saw how high that would have been for him to dunk, you would be campaiging for a re-dunk contest. You guys be the judge:http://youtube.com/watch?v=qrU-lHLX_gQ First DunkHe didnt even do it properly, because he is so big, it looked ugly. http://youtube.com/watch?v=K5saBDOE6Sc Second DunkHe hung in the air dammit !

It was not just cause he was tall he got way up there and should have gotten a better score.

I bet you Gerald Green could have put a sticker up just as high as Dwight's, and his dunk was a lot better and alot more creative. Did you see how high Gerald got on his first dunk? Damn....and he is shorter, and he has smaller arms than Howard too....

I think he was the best judge out of all of them, and only really messed up judging on one dunk (the sticker dunk). I've been tired of seeing people get 50's for dunks that everybody in the contest can do. 50's are given out way too easily, and they should be reserved for dunks that are truly incredible or that we haven't seen before (see Iguodala's behind the backboard dunk, Robinson's dunk over Spud, sticker dunk, etc.). Overall the judges in the dunk contest were pretty good, in my opinion. It also didn't hurt that Jordan probably was sitting there thinking to himself "man, sh*t, I could do that dunk right now... boooooring."
