Where does everyone think the Raptors will finish this year? I am going to automatically assume first off that we are winning the atlantic. Here are the standings in the East:1. Detroit (32-19) Are going to win the East 2. Cleveland (31-22) 3. Washington (29-21)4. Toronto (29-24)5. Indiana (28-24)6. Chicago (29-25)I really think the spots from 2-6 are wide open and anyone can jump down or jump up a couple spots. My safe prediction is that we stay in the 4th seed and we earn homecourt advantage. I do however am extremely scared about the 5th spot. I really hope this can happen:1) Washington drops down to that spot2) Or Indiania does.I say this because we have had real sucess with both teams and really have had trouble with Chicago. I think our best bet is that we do meet Chicago or Washington in the playoffs, but it all depends on who.

Raptors didn't have much success this year against Chicago, but our last win against them that ended the 15 game winning streak against the Raptors was just pure luck that Tyrus fouled Bosh at the last second. However, I would like to see us play the Nets though in the 1st round. it's going to be an interesting series if it does happen. And fans will enjoy watching that series. But I know it'll never happen this year. But I would like to see us play Washington. We played good against them during the season and it could carry on to the playoffs.

Anyways, I think if Chicago doesn't get their act together, we are bound to meet them, and I dont know if their losing streak will continue or disentregrate (excuse spelling) into the postseason. This could eithier be an easy or difficult series for the Raptors, if its not one, its the other.
Its not like the Bulls are struggling right now. Its just that they are having ups and down some good games and some bad games. But they might have a chance to drop even more since they dropped from 3rd spot to 6th spot before the all star break. If we do play Chicago, it won't be easy since most of them already have post season experience now and very few Raptors have experience in the playoffs it would just make it even tougher for us. But there is a chance of the series going to a game 7.
This is hard to predict, it all depends on how you play of course. You could possibly drop down to the 6th seed with 1 loss, but you could possibly move up to the 2nd with 2 wins.
I mean keep in mind, people predicted this team to win the ECF, in no way are they living up to there hype. I mean having a Ben Wallace, Ben Gordon, Kirk Hinrich, Luol Deng, a young and improving Tyrus Thomas, and you cant pull a 3rd/5th place, I think somethings wrong. And its not like they have been facing a crapload of good teams. December was such an easy month for them, the only plus .500 team they played were the Wizards, they have had their share of bad teams. They lost to Minni twice, and the Knicks. IMO, they should have been only allowed 1 win in that month. In January they lost to the Nets twice, the Clippers, the Pacers, and the Wizards. They did beat Dallas and Detroit however, but had an under average Janaury. In Febraury already, they lost to the Kings, Warriors, and Raptors. All winnable game. The Bulls have been really lazy on offence these past couple months, and if it wasnt for their extremely good defence, would be counting ona 7th, 8th spot this season.
I think that the Raps are at the very worst going to finish 4th in the East. New Jersey isnt getting good any time soon, and Toronto has really been excelling as of late. I think that Washington, without Jamison, has really hurt them as of late, and I need to wait and see how well he plays when he comes back to Washington. I see the Raps finishing 4th or 3rd in the East.
We'll be either the 3rd or 4th seed when the season is over. If we get to play Indiana, then that would be a major win for us. We have a very good chance of beating Indiana. I hope we play them rather than Chicago.
yeah and even though we've played good against washington this season I think washington is a better playoff team especially when arenas plays good.
I think that the 1-4 standings will stay the same although Washington and Cleveland might be switching out of the 2 and 3 spots the rest of the year. I think the Raptors will stay 4th though but the Bulls will finish 5th and the Pacers 6th.
I think we have a chance at 3rd place, that would be the highest seed we finish with this season and we'lll probably play Washington, Indiana or Chicago.
