Re: Tim Hardaway: "I don't have a hate bone in my body" Unless you've been in a coma for the past week or two, then you know the whole Tim Hardaway ordeal about him "hating" gay people, and the public reaction to those comments. Check out this interview between Scoop Jackson and Tim Hardaway... it's a really good read.http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story...mp;lid=tab1pos1
Re: Tim Hardaway: "I don't have a hate bone in my body" I read this, and it was a solid read. I still lost a lot of respect for the guy. I don't care if you hate Gays, Whites, Indians, Blacks, Lesbians, anything, you shouldn't come out and say "I HATE [insert race/sexuality here]". I don't care if you do, it's not something you say. I have no problem with him or someone else saying "That's wrong, I don't feel what he did was right, but I don't want a part of it, and respect his decision to do what he wants to do."Even if you do hate gay people that's something that you should say, you should never say what he did, especially to the media, and he's really paying for it with all this backlash.Regardless though, it's good to see him going back on his word and at least trying to fix things. Apologizing, and even if he doesn't mean what he says about how he is trying to fix it, at least he's trying to soften the blow so to speak.
