Just me, but as much as I like Dame and appreciate what he does for us; it's gonna be a sad day for me whenever Clyde does get passed. I was SO happy he went to Huston, and got the ring he deserved. For him to finish with Hakeem couldn't have been any better a way to finish his career. (sorry about the trip down memory lane....) Anyways....
I was much younger and less emotionally mature in 1994; I personally saw Clyde as a turncoat and ungrateful diva... my feelings are much more mild and sympathetic to him now but I won't be too sad when Clyde falls to #2.
They equalize it so that players on playoff teams don't have any statistical advantage over those on crappy teams.
Me too. I hated how he dogged it in Portland and then all the sudden found the fountain of youth when he whined his way to Houston. I'll be glad if/when Damian passes Clyde. But I'll be much happier if he leads the team to a title.
