I'm bringing this topic back. My opinion has actually changed. Lebron isn't having a very good year for his standards. I think DWade is the better player now. He actually plays defense, I think he's the better passer, he doesn't take dumb shots, and he is the superior driver. He doesn't have range, but who the F*ck cares when you can get 28 points a game from driving and taking good shots...?And to top it off, he led his team past the Mavericks single handedly....What your opinions on the matter?

I'm gonna post what I just said in the other thread, were u made this comment.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I'm gonna have to disagree you with on Wade being better then LeBron. Wade may have a ring, but just look at his team when he did win a ring. And then look at what James had and he still almost got past the best team in the NBA, alone. For me, it's not a tough call because watching James 82 games a season, makes me just say LeBron. James may take some bad jumpers, but he is a much better driver then Wade. Sure Wade is a great slasher, one of the best in the game. You could also say James is terrible at the free throw line, but unlike Wade, he doesn't spend the whole game there. There are gonna be people say that Wade is better then LeBron, and I respect that, but I just hope you guys can respect my pick to James.</div>Also I would like to odd, you say James is having a bad year. But then again, is 27 PPG, 'bad'? He is always thinking pass 1st, and I honestly think James is way better at passing. Wade may have the stats, but his team for sure as hell is doing terrible, while James(who is so called having a bad season) team is sitting pretty at #2.

Shaq didn't amount to much in the Finals at all. Besides that, he just had a bunch of old role players like Walker, Zo, J-Will...I don't see anything great in those guys....And plus, didn't he average like 34 ppg in the Finals. Are you actually trying to downplay that? Wow....The Pistons were definately not the best team in the NBA in the playoffs. Are you kidding me? The Pistons played like sh*t in the 3rd and 4th games. The difference is - Wade actually beat the Pistons, and Cleveland did not. And Wade's teammates did nothing in the Finals. So you can't really say that. You're only saying James because you are a fan of the Cavs. D-Wade is clearly better this year. Better scorer, better passer, defender, he shoots a higher percentage, more motivated, etc...A much better driver than Wade? Are you f*cking kidding me? Dwyane is the Best driver in the League. How do you think he averaged 34 in the playoffs, and how do you think he scores 28 a game? He's got no range, so how else does he get nearly 30 a game? He's an unbelievable driver. That statement was just ridiculous. For James, yes it is. How do you decline from a year before when you are only 22 years old? He's having his worst season since his rookie year, which is puzzling, because he is only a 4th year player and declining. Maybe he should consider taking a break from the U.S. team. Maybe all that was making him over-tired this year. WTF? How is James way better at passing. I've seen Wade and he is an incredivle passer. He also averages a good 2 apg more than James. So that statement is not true at all. You're just a homer. That whole post was not valid at all..Wade's team was doing bad because........his teammates f*cking suck. Maybe that's why. Shaq is out, and everyone else is old....Whiteboy has been in and out of the lineups too. The second option has been f*cking Antoine Walker...jesus...Okay, give Wade Larry Huges, Big Z, Anderson Varejao, Drew Gooden, and Daniel Gibson and the Heat would also be the #2 seed as well.

So there far, they are the best team in the NBA. So Wade beat the Pistons by himself? Are you sure Shaq, and the rest of the team didn't do ANYTHING? I'm sure if James had Shaq he would be the one spotting the ring around, not Wade.
You're only saying James because you are a fan of the Cavs. D-Wade is clearly better this year. Same does go for Wade, as we have seen him take over, many, many times. Your gonna sit there and tell me Wade is the better passer? Haha, Honestly, James does the most amazing passes I have seen in a while. The only guys better is Kidd and Nash at that, James is always thinking pass 1st. James is by far stronger then Wade, when James drives, it's just to easy, he can get to the basket at will, and doesn't get many calls, as your boy D-Wade. How do I think he averaged 34 PPG in the playoff? How many f*cking free throws did he f*cking avg? Ask a Mavs fan, I'm sure they will tell you the same. It's pathetic the kinda calls this guy gets, and he makes the NBA untouchable. He is a great driver, of course, I would take James. But if I want the and one, I'll take Wade. [IMG]
For James, yes it is. How do you decline from a year before when you are only 22 years old? He would of beat the Pistons if Flip f*cking Murray wasn't there. I would agree, taking a break from USA basketball would be a very good thing to do. I have already explain why he is the better passer, James avg 30/7/7 last season, what did Wade do? Just because I said James was a better passer then Wade, I am a homer? Lmfao, I was giving out respect to you and all, but now, your just pathetic.
That whole post was not valid at all..Wade's team was doing bad because........his teammates f*cking suck. Overall he isn't bad, but he hasn't fit in at all with Cleveland. Z, the only thing the guy is good for is keeping balls alive, he has a terrible hook shot, that is just terrible. Oh please, I am DIEING! to get rid of Gooden, I will do anything, take the *ucker for free, because he is just terrible. The only two I would like to keep is Gibson, and Anderson. And BTW, Gibson is not a PG, he played SG in college, so he hasn't worked that well in Cleveland's need for a PG. If they would of gotten Bibby, you would be talking a new talk right now, I know that for damn sure.

Dwyane Wade just has that killer instinct/mindset that LeBron James doesn't. I don't care if LeBron is a better passer and has better vision, I would just rather have Wade on my team. Do you think LeBron would have just gone f*cking crazy late in those games like Wade did? No. (Just like to point out that Wade has played 3 more years, LeBron definitely has the potential to be better).

Is that really a plus in a player? Can't any other player who grew up playing differant play at the same intensity level? Its what you do on the court anyways, not how much you scream when you dunk.

He doesn't need Shaq to change his diapers anymore. I agree, Shaq's presence alone helped Dwyane out. But Dywane won that title for the Heat single handedly. Not any average player could go in and score 34 a game just because he played with Shaq. You've got to give Dwyane some props for his Finals performance.
You were talking about the playoff series, weren't you? That has nothing to do with the regular season. The Pistons played like crap in the games that the Cavs won. And how can you even brag about that when the Cavs didn't even win the series..? So what.... Their regular season record has nothing to do with it. That was a playoff game, not a regular season game. They certainly weren't the best team in the NBA during the playoffs. I could name 3-4 teams better than them during the playoffs. The Heat, Spurs, Suns, Mavs...etc... When did I say Dwyane beat the Pistons by himself? I said Dwyane beat the Mavs by himself...I'm not so sure. Shaq averaged only llike 12-14 in the Finals. Lebron would have to have put on a huge performance in the Finals to get the jewelry, ala Dwyane Wade.
Okay, so you just think James is better because you are a Cavs fan and you watch him alot? Great reasoning there [IMG] So can Wade... You're saying all this stuff about Lebron, but it's not valid because Wade is the even better passer. He averages more assists, and he has some incredible passes. That is bullsh**. Lebron isn't even a top 10 passer in the League imo... You're the biggest homer ever. Wade is clearly the better passer. Okay, he is stronger than Wade....whoopee...The only thing James has on Wade is outside shooting and rebounding. Wade scores more, better driver, better passer, better defender, etc...He's the better player. So can Wade. Again, you are saying all of these things about Lebron, but I do not care because the same thing goes for Wade... Lebron gets just as much star treatment as Wade...The media isonly making a big deal out of it for Wade because he won the Finals... Because he drove past his defenders, and forced the refs to make the fouls. That's why. He doesn't get foul calls by just being lazy. He actually worked for them. He got those free throws because of his driving dude...That's all will and determination. Blah blah blah...Of f*cking course you will take Lebron...[IMG]
You can make excuses all you want, but the point is; he has declined this year. And that's all the matters. The excuses don't matter. The actual facts do. This is this year that we are talking about. And it was 30/7/6 if I remember correctly. Okay, w/e. This is the internet. I don't f*cking care if you've lost respect for me.
Well, he is still a 16 ppg capable sidekick. And he isn't injured as much as Shaq is. Shaq takes breaks from games also. He is so f*cking slow and he gets tired so easily. What about Z and Drew Gooden. Lebron has an amazing front court to work with. He has more talent than Wade had this season, no doubt. With Shaq injured in all.....who did Wade have? Antoine Walker? Give me a break. The only thing he is good for? He's a 12 and 8 center. Give me a break. Drew can't post up, and his shot isn't great. But he can sure as hell rebound, and he is so strong. He can throw down some thunderous dunks down low. He gets O-boards too.

It is definitely Wade. Lebron is not having a great year. He was clearly better last year imo. Wade continues to improve until this injury of course.

Wade at the moment is better. Like CB4 said hes been the better scorer, passer, driver, and free throw shooter. He plays harder also. And I think that since he has a smaller body he has a lot better conditioning. He played a long playoffs following a long team USA run. Then a few weeks off and he was back to work. With all that hes still outplayng LeBron. LeBron always seems to dissappear when something gets to hard for him like clutchness, ft shooting etc.

I know this was directed at CB4, but I wanna chime in....
Shaq didn't amount to anything? Lmao, just being there was big enough. It gave Wade another player able to score, and able to kill down low. Wade can't handle a team alone, he is nothing without Shaq, as the record shows this year.
They are above .500 with Wade, 1-7 without him. Walker is shooting under 30% from 3 and under 40% from FT line, Posey has been out, Williams out half the year, Shaq out most of the year, Payton playing crappy, interim coach, and new players being meshed in. Despite that, they are over .500 with wade playing.
They were a different team by the end of the year than they were through midpoint of the year. Everyone who saw the end of the season and playoffs knows this. The mavs were the best team in the league. And guess what? Bron had a bad series vs the Pistons, Wade had an AMAZING series vs them (through first 5 games he put up 30PPG on 70% shooting). Wade beat the Pistons...Bron did not. You can't use the Pistons series for Bron and not for Wade. You REALLY think Bron, despite stepping up in only a few select occaisons and who was 4-22 in game winning situation until this year, could have done what wade did in Finals? You think he would have shown that clutch ability and killer instinct to take over and win the series? I doubt it.
Wow, how biased are you? Yes, bron makes some spetacular passes, and has incredible court vision...that does not make you a great playmaker. Wade is much better at setting up the offense and getting teammates open looks on a consistent basis. Bron is better at making nifty passes and getting ball into tight spots, but Wade is the better overall playmaker.Bron gets to the line 2x less than Wade per game, despite Wade scoring nearly 3PPG more. Therefor you cannot use FT's too much against Wade as Brong ets his fair share also. And if bron wouldn't settle so much for jumpers, maybe he'd get tot he foul line more. But instead he settles for stupid shots, and that is the main reason for his slump this year. RARELY do people knock the calls Wade gets int erms of FTA's, but rather the handchecking when he is driving. Those rules don't have as much corelation with FTA's as you seem to think.
All wade did was go for 27/7/6 on 50% shooting and carry his team to a ring. That's all he did...
Bron has had a lot more to work with than wade this year. Despite this fact, Wade's team is 25-21 when he plays and 1-7 when he doesn't, while Bron's team is 4-0 when either he doesn't play or doesn't score more than 11pts. When bron plays, his team has a 57% winning % to Wade's 54%. When he doesn't play, his team has a 100% winning % to the heats 12% winning %. So, you can make all the excuses you want, but Bron has a nice team around him. There have been little injuries for the Cavs, no coaching changes, etc... I mentioned in the first quote all that has happenned with Wade's team, yet he has them 4 games over .500 when he plays, and winning % is pretty close to where Bron has his team when he plays. So I don't want to hear Wade has done a bad job this year or anything, as he has has an INCREDIBLE year, whereas bron has had his worst year since his rookie season.

But your acting like Shaq had nothing to do with it, but then my point is proven this season as the Heat can't get above 500 without Shaq in the lineup.
Wow, that is pretty ridiculous, saying the Pistons played like crap in the games the Cavs won? So... no credit at all to the Cavaliers? LeBron? I MUST give credit to Wade for avg 34 PPG in the finals, but no one can give James props for almost beating the Pistons? I don't care how they played, they are top 5 best in the NBA, and having the underdogs come out and shut them out and take them to 7 games is pretty good if you ask me. I'm not bragging at all, but I am trying to say the Pistons are a VERY good team, and having James play with a less then 50% Hughes and having only Z doing anything, is just huge. James almost beat the Pistons by himself, and he gets no credit? Wow, you guys act like ESPN, and TNT, not even saying jack sh*t about the Cavaliers, and not even giving them credit. Ha, I love it, I just can't wait until we are holding the championship, soon!
Blah blah blah...Of f*cking course you will take Lebron...:rolleyes:You can make excuses all you want, but the point is; he has declined this year. And that's all the matters. The excuses don't matter. The actual facts do. This is this year that we are talking about. And it was 30/7/6 if I remember correctly. Okay, w/e. This is the internet. I don't f*cking care if you've lost respect for me.
Ok, I just gotta laugh, I mean, I rolled on the f*cking floor laughing my damn ass off at that. Have you watched ANY of the Cavs games this season? Have you ever see how LeBron gets hacked across the head and gets a NO CALL? I can't believe that your saying he gets AS MUCH, or EVEN CLOSE, as Wade does. Thats a bunch of a bull sh*t, and I don't care what anyone says. Cleveland never gets ANY respect at all, and it is f*cking bull sh*t, and it makes me sick. Also, I'm not a homer, just because IMO LeBron James is better then Wade. Also, to point out, I'm not talking about this season, I'm talking about career wise. This season, sure, give Wade a f*cking medal, but how is his team doing? Yeah, aren't they in the 8th seed? And soon to drop out of the playoffs? Ha, I love how your just comparing the stats, but James has lead his team to the 2nd best in the East. All I said was I was dissing out respect and respect what you thought on the subject, and hoping you would respect mine. Obviously everyone has to agree with you in order to get any type of respect from your ass, and by far it ain't worth it.
Listen here, I watched every f*cking game of the cavs, don't talk about 'PPG', and 2ndly he gets 14 PPG. And in the last two games, he has shot the ball 60 times and only made 20 of those. Thats some terrible shooting, from my man Hughes. He hasn't fit well in Cleveland, and last year when James was amazing, Hughes was out, so James had to do double the work. Drew Gooden, are you kidding me? I would love to just get rid of him for a damn PG, one that can shoot, and play defense. Hell, I would trade him for Gary Peyton. I guess you didn't read the parts on Drew and Z, as you say there names again. THEY DIDN'T DO JACK sh*t!!!!! James did it all, he was doing so much in the playoffs and he lead this team. No one else did sh*t. Gooden is Absolutely TERRIBLE! I would trade him away for a bag of chips. He can't play defense to save his f*cking life. Yeah, he gets offense boards, weeeee, maybe he should try to play some defense so we don't give up so many damn points in the paint.Anyway, don't get me wrong, Wade is doing better state wise this season. If u wanna give him #2 in the NBA, go right ahead. But I for one always look at how the teams are doing, and last time I checked, Cleveland is by far has the better record. James has proven he can put his team on his back and take them to the playoffs.(EX-Last season, 4th seed) Wade hasn't(EX-This season UNDER 500 WITHOUT SHAQ) Is it that hard to point out? He wouldn't of won a ring without Shaq, and that is for damn sure. He wouldn't of gotten passed the 2nd round if it wasn't for Shaq. And I don't care how many f*cking points he put up.
