I think Beasly is going to be an absolute monster. I have seen him play in person, and he does everything you can imagine. He is about 6 10, he is very big and physical, he can grab rebounds like there is no tomorrow, he can get WAY above the rim and put it down, he is a good shot blocker, and he can also spread out the defense and play with some range. And when I saw him play, he wasnt play against short people. The center on the other team was about 7 foot 1.
The thing with Beasley is, effort. From all I've read his head seems in the clouds and doesn't dominate as much as he should, some of it might have to do with him being better than everyone...but it's a concern for me.
ASU has a top 15 recruiting class which is 3rd in the Pac-10 (Arizona 8th & UCLA 13th) :shok: A great pick up in James Harden and a couple solid role players to go along with Sendek's transfer students. Looks like those devils might finally be able to do something other than roll over
