No way of knowing how serious it is yet, but Reggie Miller could be a candidate for the Mavericks' vacant roster spot. Owner Mark Cuban brought up Miller's name before Monday's game against the Hawks. The former Indiana Pacers star is the No. 1 3-point shooter in NBA history. He retired after the 2004-05 season, but remains in excellent physical shape. http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/449..._covets_reggie/
No way this happens. Donn Nelson (GM) said in an interview something along the lines of Yeah after Reggie Miller we're calling Steve Kerr and Dr. J as a joke playing this rumor off. Doubtful this will happen.
I thought Reggie Miller retired for good? And I remember Amard Rashard asking him after his final game if he'd come back and he said he was going to retire but I guess people can change there mind. It be great to see him back. Honestly I would love to see him play for Indiana again.
I would not be shocked because Reggie Miller would have a great chance at winning a ring in Dallas, but could he really contribute to the team? I don't think he'd be that big of an impact.
