But again, I'm very happy that Ainge said this. I'm happy he came out and said "this is my fault." It is his fault. Now fix it.
Re: Ainge admits it is his fault! Its good for him to admit this, it is definitely something that needed to be done. This in no way is going to want to make Paul stay which is the main thing that I think this team has to be focused on right now. They just need to make him happy. The way things are going right now, I wouldnt be surprised if we started hearing talks about him wanting to demand a trade. Even though Paul isnt the type of player to do that, this many losses can do anything IMO. Its good that Danny admits this is his fault, but I dont blame him for what he has done. He has gotten alot of young talent, and in 3 years, if the C's still have all of these young guys, the celtics could be a great team...

Ainge even stated in this article that he is trying to cash in some of these young guys for quality veterans. He's doing this FOR Pierce, to win with Pierce. If Pierce asks for a trade, we can't trade him for veterans. We need to get picks and a quality young player.
