That's a huge blow for the Knicks, especially considering they are only a couple games out of the playoffs right now. No Francis, no Crawford. Hopefully this means Mardy Collins will end up getting consistent minutes for the rest of the year, the kid can play and his defense could really help you guys out.
This is terrible. But the bright side is Nate will be getting alot more minutes and hopefully can produce. Crawford is a huge part of this team. I think this will be the lineupG:StephSG:JeffriesSF:QPF:CurryC: James

Marbury Cries For Crawford<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>When Jamal Crawford informed Stephon Marbury on Tuesday morning Crawford was out for the season, the Knicks point guard thought the combo guard was joking. When Marbury realized Crawford was serious, Marbury broke down and cried for more than a minute, according to a team source. Marbury said of his initial reaction to Crawford's season-ending stress fracture: "I was shocked. I thought he was playing at first. "It hit me hard because of everything that's going on, as far as making the playoffs and just for him, because of how much he's grown since he's been here," Marbury added. "It's been an uphill battle for him and finally he got to this point and has an understanding of what he can do on the basketball court. the knicks need david lee back ASAP because they lost to the celtics because he's the only guy that actually tries ALL game. the knicks turn it on and off when they feel like it that's why they can come back from 30 point leads.
