ON TOP OF ALL THAT... he suffered a dislocated patella (knee cap for the laymen), and the dislocation of his tibia-femoral.I still can't believe what I saw man. It was sssoooooooooooooo bad, jeez. Him being the player that everybody expects him to be is definitely out of the question in my mind, and I don't think he can really come back from all of that. But in all seriouness, I think in the future (who knows when) he can come back and be a contributor but obviously not anytime soon.

Re: Is Shaun Livingston's career over? Nah, he's way too young to already say his career is over. He's just gotten off to a horrible start. Time is definitely on his side, unlike Grant who was already near the end of his prime when he went out with his injuries. This will no doubt set him back, but I wouldn't rule out the possibilty of him reaching his full potential one day.

Preventing the knee from being stretched or straightened beyond its normal limits (hyperextended). A ligament is made of tough fibrous material and functions to control excessive motion by limiting joint mobility. The four major stabilizing ligaments of the knee are the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments (ACL and PCL, respectively), and the medial and lateral collateral ligaments (MCL and LCL, respectively). But at least he got another chance. I hope D-Wade doesn't try to come back this year.
