Inability to make simple clears are really going to bite them.

The last 8 minutes or so of that period were trash. Team is sloppy as F tonight. Mistakes and turnovers all over the ice. Kreider, Miller and Hayes still look lost.

Jesus they need to wake up. I disliked that period more than the 1st period. Let's go.

Lundqvist is unbelievable and the team playing like trash tonight.

I still think they find their game in the 3rd. Deeper team, ton more playoff experience and a better goalie

The 1st period to me was about the Sens PP. The 2nd period was the Sens dominating the last 8 minutes or so. That bothered me more.

One thing seems clear, the Rangers need to stay out of the box because the Sens PP looks awesome.

Most PPs look awesome against our awful PK. We need to stop icing the puck and start winning more faceoffs.

Ottawa is finding it easy to get in front of Hank. Those bad defensive lapses that plagued this team the last two months have been evident big time tonight. Hank has bailed them out big time.

These refs have become a joke in the third. Grabner tripped on a clear scoring chance, noncall. McD grabbed and turned, no call. Skjei hooked into the corner and to the ground, noncall. They better swallow the whistle for both teams if they're letting those go.

Zucc needs to never be on the ice with Hayes because Hayes at this point has hands equivalent to Glass.

Nash has had a decent game against a trap team. He's been right in front of net a lot. Problem is the Rangers haven't been getting too much zone time nor have they gotten many pucks to the net for a deflection while Nash has been out there.

The problem is we have allowed Ottawa to dictate the pace of the game since the last 8 minutes of the second period. We've become a dump and change team instead of working he cycle when we get into the zone and getting actual good zone time that leads to shots on goal. We need to get a few stretch passes going, convert on those chances, and get shots on goal when we get puck possession in the offensive zone and keep pressure on, not get pressure get 1 shot and then Ottawa clears the zone.

All I'm saying is that the refs better not call ANY penalties on the Rangers in this period with the shit Ottawa has gotten away with this period.

I think AV did not even do anything to prepare them tonight. Same all shit again.

Well the first period we spent too much time on the PK. When it was 5 v 5 we controlled the play. Second period we played speed and pushed the tempo until the final 8 minutes. Then we let Ottawa control the tempo and play and we've struggled to regain control. We've been playing very tentative since that 8 minute mark of the second and it's why Ottawa has tilted the ice.

Well Ottawa has certainly earned this win because we played scared the majority of the last part of the second period and all of the third period. Just poor play and lack of adapting a gameplan by AV again. Now the Rangers have to try and come back against a trap team. Good luck.

It's just beyond frustrating. This team controlled play for the second period and then TOTALLY abandoned what was working and played a slow, methodical game which is what Ottawa wants.
