If you've been tuning in to ESPN 2 lately they were discussing Steve Francis potentially buying out his contract to become a free agent, a few more names were Chucky Atkins, Jamaal Magloire and Pistons guard Flip Murray I believe. Do you think any of these names will buyout to become free agents?

Francis and the Knicks have been discussing a buy out for a good portion of the season even though both sides have publicly denied it. The thing is that Francis wants the majority of the money they owe him, but the Knicks aren't willing to do it. I honestly think that they might as well buy him out. It's not like they aren't in a bad financial situation already, and if they don't buy him out they will end up paying him his entire contract when he won't even suit up for them.Chucky Atkins... I don't know about that one because I haven't been following that situation much. In fact, this is the first I heard about a possible buyout between him and Memphis, but I think he could definitely help a few teams out there if he and the Grizzlies did in fact part ways.If anybody is going to be bought out, they have to be bought out within the next day or two, because if they aren't on the market before March 1 then they aren't eligible to play in the playoffs.

I would like to see Francis on another team. He really got robbed of much action in the postseason in Orlando and I want to see him prosper, his career is going no where with this Knicks franchise, and I cant even see them at the top of the atlantic in 3 years, its getting real ugly for Isiah down there.
