Bases loaded with their two hottest hitters. Sweeps aren't easy.

...3rd inning today we've had the bases loaded with either 0 out or 1 out and scored 0 runs.

Quite the day for Anthony Rendon in Washington. 6-6, three homers and ten RBIs. The Redskins beat the Jets 23-5.

That turned into a nightmare. The Yankees had their shot in the bottom of the tenth.

Yep. and the 9th too. 2 out of 3 is good but it would be nice if we can rally here and get the sweep. O's pitcher not that good either.Got lucky last inning.

...they had many chances today with RISP, and flat out screwed the pooch....24 base runners, but only 4 runs...that's all you need to know.

...and oh, did I mention, Headley sucks.

Castro flubs another costly error, called a fielders choice, more like a fundamental error. Since when does one throw behind the runner, when he's halfway home from third. Headcase can't get the ball out of his glove...shitttt

Castro, has had a decent week with his bat, yet blew the game on the 21st of April, with a costly error. Gets his kudos for his homerun, hits, rbis, then blows worse than a sperm whale....

    'inconsistency begets a sure death'...

If you think about it , its one of those games that you just cant win. Although, i feel i have a pretty good grasp of this game, i still don't completely understand the moves made in this game.
I was always told keep it simple.

I'd love to see a trade involving- Castro, Headcase, and another to be named: Pinhead, Hicks, (tho' Hicks has a helluva cannon for an arm, is hitting finally, kinda sorta, well---?)...

sadly, both Headcase and Hicks are the only 2 Yanx with a >.400 OBP this year, for how long tho'.... I hope all year, but doubt that's going to remain...

acquire some lights out pitching, now not later....!!!

Though this team has done well there are somethings I'd believe to happen so Cashman needs to get on the phone. I'd believe that Headley and Ellsbury have played over their heads, will get back to their norms which will hurt this team. Right now they can sandwich kids around them but as Headley proved in the field today that won't always work. When he elected not to go home on that infield play the TV turned blue from my vocabulary. I'd rather see Torreyes. As far as Gardner goes he does make damn good catches out there, has a better arm at times, but then he fails to hit or steal. An outfield of Hicks, Gardner and Judge is my favorite to this point. Consistency is lacking with Biggie and Piney, pretty much stuck with Biggies because of the dollars so try to trade Piney. The catching issues will be solved when Sanchez gets back. They can also get rid of Carter when Tyler Austin gets back. Does the team have a future yes it does, we now have people we can cheer for. Does the team have issues, no doubt, come on Cashman, man up and make some deals.
