2017 Rip City 3-on-3

Is anyone interested in playing in the Rip City 3-on-3 this year? It's on July 29th and 30th (Saturday and Sunday). I asked @SlyPokerDog if the forum could get a team into the media division of the tournament, and we're still waiting for a final answer. If we couldn't I'd still be interested in joining the "adult" division, which would be $130 for the team.

Yeah, it sucks.

I'll play with anybody, I don't care who haha. I could carry us through the media bracket if we got in! Lol.

Actually have a friend who plays in a local Mens League that works for CSN that I think played in it last year.

@SlyPokerDog If we actually were able to get 3 dudes together for this do you know if we could be in the media bracket?

Maybe you'd be better off calling out specific people who live in the area and have indicated in the past that they have some skill. @dviss1? @Boob-No-More? @Bob Dobalina?

I actually played in this back in my late 20s and early 30s, when I could still move around the court without a walker. It was a lot of fun.

At 63 I'm well suited to managing the edible medicinal consumables and occasionally heckling the opposition..but I'll have you youngsters know I kicked my son's ass in badminton, ping pong and darts last night...we tied one on and howled at the moon...woke up early and headed for the coast....first stop light I look to the right and in a black Ford SUV is a guy who is a dead ringer for HCP.......first thought....he's working the Ducks baseball games?

Yeah that was fun. I'm out this year though unfortunately. However that team had 3 members from the forum and a 4th that wasn't. So, maybe he can get a couple of forum members and a friend to make up the team.
