That former Bulls player and the white couch potato have no merit here. I would rather have a Portland person tell it as it is.
That shows the difference between him and a guy like DeMar Rerozan who sort of says it's on management that they lost four straight to Cleveland.
Yeh, I liked the part where Damon talks about the value of having guys who play together as a team. I also thought there was a lot of interesting things before Lillard came on. They talked about how Rondo might have been more important to Bulls' success than Butler, mostly because the younger players gave more effort (and maybe had more confidence) when he was out there. That would explain why Bulls might keep Rondo but be willing to let Butler go. They also talked about Paul George and they seemed to think, that even for the Lakers (who should be able to re-sign him), that he wasn't worth a top three pick. This fits in with reports that Ainge wouldn't give up a top three pick for Butler. I don't know, but after listening, I think Butler wouldn't be so very expensive and that we could get him without giving up CJ (who I've never been sure Bulls would want as he is kind of old for a re-build.)
