...for me, the sauce/meat combo is secondary...the key is to get the very best cheeses available. ...and of course adding a bottle of wine makes a huge difference. (in a glass, not in the sauce)
I know Ron the wine is always flowing here. I don't have access to fresh cheese so I have to get what our specialty grocery store has.

^^^^ lol, is that anything like "revenge of the tomatoes"...???? love lasagna, especially with Italian pasta (light fluffy lasagna leafs) found at Trader Joe's; lasagna with artichoke hearts, amongst a few other things... Don't forget to breathe 59, or tell your son too.... (chuckle)
