To be fair, if Neil had had his way then Crabbe would be only the 2nd most overpaid player on the team. Chandler Parsons is both worse and makes more money than Crabbe.

chandler parsons when healthy is 10x better than crabbe. would rather pay him the max and be hurt all year than have crabbe on the floor at 18.5. but that's just me being bitter
He is actually one of the worst defenders in the league at his position. He can shoot, I will concede that but he's on par with dame as far as a defensive liability.
Everyone has a use, including Portland. You just don't go out to a nice restaurant and drop a lot of cash for a Kraft macorroni & cheese dinner. That's essential what NO did.... spent a ton of money on a mediocre player
