    bad Astros. On the surface it looks to be a two game series weather wise........Heavy rains, a spring
    Nor'easter, due to hit Northeast Saturday & Sunday.

    Observations after tonight's loss........Carter needs to be shown the door & be released. He looks
    lethargic at the plate & can he take the bat off his shoulders.......CC should be relegated to # 5/6
    starter and damn, lose some weight. Girardi gives him a 'pass'........".....he'll find it( CC's pitching )".
    Now that's 4 shaky starts in a row.

    22 runs in the last 20 & 2/3rds IP; pitiful.

    Until the kids learn how to add by subtracting, they never will get a handle on long term contracts, big $$$ contracts, and will leave it to a Trashman to hand out 'opt outs' before a contract has matured...

    pay CC to stay home, or use him in the pen for blow out games, ....
