Biggest disappointment: Anunoby's wingspan is only 7'2. Not 7'6.

Jonathan Jeanne is a nice sleeper pick. Great mobility for his size, needs to add some muscle. Getting out worked in the glass by smaller players because he doesn't have the strength. You can tell why he's projected in the second, but the potential is there.

Kadeem Allen seems like a poor mans Lawson & Tony Allen hybrid. Quick and competent PG like Lawson with less offensive ability, great on ball 1/2 defender like Allen without all the skills TA possesses.

That first scrimmage was a lot of cringe

A lot of them won't ever play in the NBA, it is what it is. More about watching specific players who do have a shot at making it. I look forward to seeing Ojelay, Beacham and Simmons in the second scrimmage.

One of the announcers just slammed Portland. Said some player would fit here perfectly because we play zero defense, just like him.

The Blazers are going to have to change the reality before the perception.

Beyond that: If a team (Blazers) play lousy defense, then the last thing that team needs is another bad defender. Hence the announcer's conclusion is stupid. Another bad defender does not fit perfectly. A good defender however, would.

Yeah. And the reality. Here's hoping the Blazers have a playoff level defensive team next season. Nurkic is a good start.

I am really hoping we can keep all three picks this year. There seems to be a lot of physical specimens with high potential available at all three locations. It would be nice to bring all three into camp and then decide what to do.

Does anyone see a Nurk 2.0 available as a backup? Player with a decent post game, can catch and score on the PnR, decent quickness on defense. Having someone who could do all that as a backup would be fantastic. Our PnR looks sooooo much better with someone who can actually roll and score.

Hamidou Diallo is 6'5 with a 6'11 wingspan and a 45 inch vertical.

Skill-wise, I don't know much about him. Isn't a good shooter, but those measurables are nice.

Has the profile to be a great defender. If he can develop his jumpshot then he'd be a good athletic 3-and-D player.

I like the Alonzo Mourning comp for Ike Anigbogu. The Tyson Chandler comp for Patton isn't horrible either.

I was already on the D.J. Wilson bandwagon, and now that his measurements came out, I'm even more so. 6'11 with a 7'3 wingspan. The dude has a 9'1.5 standing reach at PF, which as big or bigger than Rabb, Giles, Allen, Motley, and Swanigan. Can shoot, is athletic, can handle the ball a little bit for a PF... I'm hoping we land this dude.

One of the biggest surprises for me: John Collins registered a 37.5 max vertical leap.

This dude doesn't play athletic at all. His 37 inch vertical doesn't translate to the way he plays at all.

DraftExpress new Mock Draft has Donovan Mitchell going 12th.

That's a guy I don't want. Yes, he'll be a decent defender, but I'm not sure how good he'll be on that end of the court. He's undersized and his offensive skillset isn't great. We don't need an undersized guard.

If he goes 12th, that makes it more likely that Justin Jackson falls to 15, which would be a great pick.

Tyler Lydon has a body fat percentage of 13% or so, which is the highest among prospects. I think that an NBA training program could transform his body. He's already athletic and a great shooter, so a high body fat percentage might be a good sign for him because it means there's a lot of improvement to be made on his body and he's already been a good player despite his "chubbiness".

Somebody comped Patton to Brenda Haywood. I think he's closer to Brenda than Mourning.
