Don't have a great feeling about this one either.

    Montgomery vs. McCullers

    Lineups to follow...

Another "character builder" for Jmo, gonna have to get him out in the trenches against top competition. Offense has to come out and support that kid. Go Yankees!

JoMo will be pitching against a very disciplined, good Astros team. A good outing will go a long way for his future starts.

Thank goodness Carter in riding the pines!

We are heading out to the Local Sports Bar down the street to watch the game for a couple of hours. They have plenty of Tequila there if necessary.

They need to be making DFA plans for that guy after Bird gets back. How he managed to hit all those home runs is beyond me!!!!!

...Lil...try a straight shot of Patron (gold version is my fav but silver will work) ...chilled with lime and a little salt. And trust me, whatever kind of tokillya shot you do, ask for an "OJ back" (just a sip on the side)...and when you throw the shot back, immediately reach over and do the OJ... the usual "tequila face" magically disappears ...it will blow your mind and you'll never drink tequila any other way...unless it's in a "top shelf margarita".

    Carter, 41 Hr's in 016, a .222 b'avg with 206 K's, and he's on a pace to break his own Strikeout record of 212 K's in 013, hope to hell he gets DFA'd....

    Trashman definitely raided Milwaukee's trash...

I'm not making a thread for tomorrow because I know it's going to be rained out. We have a NorEaster coming to the East Coast. I will keep you guys posted on the make up day. In the meantime Yankees are lifeless tonight and I'm going to have another drink and watch the Basketball Playoffs. :bgrin:

It is becoming clear, one that Houston is the better ball club........two, this Yankee team will have a good
season but not to be confused with a champion level team such as the Astros. Our pitching is not on a par
    with the best baseball teams.
It is also very clear after a month and a half of baseball there are players such as Carter, Headley &
Ellsbury actually shorten the lineup making it easier for opposing pitchers.

Tomorrow will be a rainout here in the Northeast........as Lillie said. Sunday's night game will
probably get played. Just let's move on and only hope they get one win.

And WTF is up with NY's closer? Not so reliable lately!
I wonder if Cashman can milk a contending team by trading Chapman again? Lol

Why not trade the whole pitching staff and Headley while your at it.
