I like it, but I feel something is missing... I can't decide what to put for text either...Any ideas?
It's missing text, coloring, and maybe some dark/light depth.Maybe something more in the bg that gives more emphasis on the render.

I just got back into it after a while, I don't remember alot of the things... It's too late for me to do anything now, when I saved the psd and tried opening it up this morning it came corrupted and wouldn't open.
not to be a mean ass but I think its best corrupted. try it again this time listen to 7goat on the coloring issue, it will help drastically
No offense, but I don't think this sig is that good. To me, it just looks like a low-quality sig and as you said, you just got back into making graphics, it's definitely shows in this sig. Try and do what 7Goat said and make your backgrounds have more stuff in them like stock pics or C4D's. Also, you said the color was blue but I'm not seeing the blue, it might have a little tinge of blue but it's mostly a black and white background. Try and play around with colors, use the hue and saturation or a gradient map. If you need more ideas, check out some tuts at deadly or something and I'm sure a lot of the stuff will come back to you eventually, just keep working at it.
Yeah I used a stock and I never did that before so I am just re-learning what I used to know and learning new things as I go on.
