I probably play around 12-15 hours per week, lately I have been going to the gym and shooting 300 shots every morning along with some other shooting drills. I'm going to slowly increase that number until I am shooting 800 shots 4-5 times each week. I usually play 4-5 hours worth of pickup games on Saturdays.
Well on weekends I play bout 4hours or more if theres alot of people. Sometimes when its nice out I might go to the park 1 in the morring or so and shootaround
I go every week day from about 3 to 6 and then on the weekend I usually player for about 3, 4 hours so I guess thats like somewhere around 20+ hours or so. some weeks its a little less maybe a little more, depends on my mood. but I might try to play 18U AAU so maybe it will be even more
Probably 8-10 hours a week plus my games. These hours are going to increase A LOT when I renew my membership for the Gym at my local hospital.I'm probably going to get that membership soon when my birthday hits. I'm going to try to play a lot of pickup games there to work on my confidence, and there is rarely 12-13 year olds at the gym so I would be playing 20-25 year olds.
I used to play for hours every weekend but now I rarely go out my house, nobody goes down to play anymore, it's so boring.
I play somewhere around 6-10 hours a week, going to the Y. In the summer time, however, I play MUCH more than that. I go to the local basketball courts 4-5 days a week and play pick-up games all day on the blacktop.
Definately not as much as some of you. Probably like 3-4 hours a week....in the winter.....7-8 hours a week..
I play about 3-4 hours a week, but following Nitro's workout plan I'll probably double that near the end or even more if I really think I have a chance to make the team at school.
I play about two hours a day, and on wednsdays I play about 4 hours(pickup games). But usually I try and do what BALLA does and get up as many shots I can. You hear about these NBA players who put up hundreds of shots a day, so I try and do the same. During breaks and summer though, its a different story. I dont have a job anymore so I play alot. This summer I saw a interview with Shawne Williams, and they asked what suggestions Larry Bird game him and Shawne Williams said to shoot 3-4 hrs a day. I cant say I didnt do that the rest of the summer. And will probably do the same this Spring Break.
I'm sorry to report I haven't played basketball in about 8 months. I work a lot, so I'm tired and when I get home, eat, and rest for a minute its usually about 8:30.
