    Tough loss, Sevey could not protect his lead, Clip Joint gave up the tie and GWRBI, offense could not score more than tow. Since return to AL East Series play the Yanks have lost 1 Series, tied another, and at 3-4 not even treading water. Gonna have to hustle at home over the Bostons and Crack Towners. . Hey Clippard, you really blow dead bears!

    Yankees on the familiar pace of "win one, lose one, win one, lose one........."
    this pace will get them out of first place by next weekend. The fact that their starting
    pitching is very ordinary & their bullpen sucks.

    And just a mention about Girardi's use of this pen.......yesterday he brought
    Betances in with the team 7 runs up.. Today with the game tied he brings
    Clip (board) joint in! Does this make any sense? Hell no.

    ...the Yanx have not won more than 2 games in a row in nearly a month...playing below .500 ball...fortunately, the Sox and O's have been just as mediocre.
