OT London Bridge: Fatalities reported after two terrorist attacks in capital

Hope my comment does not take away from the serious nature of this topic.

But I can not hear about the London Bridge without thinking how people had homes and lived on the bridge. This was about 300-700 years ago. Many of the homes and shops built on the bridge where up to 7 stories tall. Here is an oil painting of an earlier version of the London Bridge showing the homes and shops built over the roadway.

They have an 8 minute response time in London, and upwards of 30 minutes for other jurisdictions throughout the UK, for ARMED officers to deal with something. I'd feel safer in New York City than I would in London, absolutely no question.

In London they have also allowed protests where these extremists are demanding sharia law for the U.K. With signs talking about taking over the east and west but hey don't bother looking at that, let's instead talk about trump and his response to the london mayor...

Open your eyes. They had a fucking documentary about these extremists in londons own backyard and one of them was one of the terrorists in the latest event. Not long before that Manchester, killing innocent kids. The embassy, etc. admit there is a problem. To sit there and deflect to trump every time is irresponsible and kind of crazy. I could give a fuck about trump but it's annoying every god damn issue in the world goes to him.

Of all the events I named or maybe even the Paris attack where hundreds were ran over or all those people got shot up in the theater, the Christmas terrorist attack, the fucking list goes on. Do I agree with what trumps reply to the mayor is? No but the fact that mayor can't admit there is an issue that needs to be taken care of is irresponsible.

There is a clip in this documentary starting at the 11 minute mark where this guy openly talks about when he thinks sharia law will take over and how they will go about dealing with gays, says casually that throwing them off a building will be the answer, you know, in common sharia law act. That they could do it in the middle of the square and he thinks people would come watch.
