Line is even on both clubs, Porcello is not up to last years speed. Biggie has pitched better than advertised but with shaky history against Boston. Cashman please find a way to get rid of Headley, recover Austin and Bird. This team will not progress with the Black Hole of Calcutta # 8 and #9 hitters. Got so damn pissed at the Yankees losing another winnable game last night I was ready to throw something through my big screen. Second place is on the horizon, get it together Stripers.

Thankfully Bird should be back shortly and hopefully he recovers his preinjury swing. Carter is just a nightmare at the plate.

There will be many games like yesterday's. There are several missing pieces for this team to be
championship legit..................pitching must be priority for the Yankees to get to the next step.

CC has been the positive surprise of this staff. Before the season began, I had him as a non-starter.
Let's hope he does well tonight.

Got the game on MLB network but the audio is NESN, hve to listen to Remey & his sidekick, they're as nauseating as the Tampa Bay Rays Crew. Have'nt neen in New England in years but that Down Easter accent still grates.

Someone or something has gotten through to Carter, at least for this game. One game does not make
it's mark for him to stay. BTW, he has finally hit above .200! Not something to be proud about!

The Biblical passage "The first (Tanaka) shall be last, and the last (Sabathia) shall be first. Amazing how Biggie has pulled his game up from the ashes. His post game spread should be a New York Strip Steak Dinner with all the trimmings and a huge glass of Iced Tea to wipe it down. Stopped the Bostons dead in their tracks this evening. Note to NESN Broadcasting Crew: no one replaced Derek Jeter at Short.
