Philadelphia have #36, #39, #46 and #50. Boston have #37, #53 and #56. Phoenix have #32 and #54. The higher ones will probably be available for players. Philadelphia won't need anyone from us but Boston can use Davis, Phoenix could use Aminu.
You mean from current NBA? That's probably Isaiah Thomas at PG, Some Shooting Guard I Cannot Identify, Paul Millsap at SF, Draymond Green at PF and Marc Gasol (or DeAndre Jordan) at C.
So to be clear, what you mean is "I wonder what kind of a team you'd end up with if your only method of acquiring players was drafting in the second round." Pretty appalling, I imagine, as it's a tiny fraction of 2nd rounders in most drafts that are any good. Your best bet would be to go with foreigners who have made it clear they're not coming over any time soon (some do this so that they're not trapped in first-round, 5 year contracts but instead can make bigger money faster) or gambling on players who've fallen because of red flags. The Draymond Greens are pretty rare.
