Utah - Morons, lol (joking for all you people without a sense of humor)Portland - just a boring city.Charlotte - one franchise failed there, why put another one there?LA Clippers - Why wouldn't they build their own arena, it would be so much easier.

How about New Jersey? They have a good team, exciting players, etc...and still, not many people come to their games. Their arena is pretty crap too.

People here like the Nets, and get loud in close games. Of course I am partially biased living in NJ, but it is still popular here. The arena is absolute crap though, I'll give you that.

I also live in NJ and it's about maybe 2 hours away from were I live. I think Brooklyn will actually be easier for fans to get to they will have the metro and other stuff like that.

It's a ridiculouly crowded area of Brooklyn they are putting the stadium. It is a lot easier to get to the Meadowlands than a busy section of Brooklyn. It will be like getting to MSG, but even more crowded.

how can you say portland is a bad basketball city? Sure, attendance has been poor lately, but I cant really blame the fans since after the jail blazers, they get rewarded with the suck blazers...Theyve sold out six games so far this year, after having the worst record in the NBA last year. besides, you cant argue vs the most consecutive sellouts for any professional team in America. Blazermania will be back soon.

I agree with blazerspwnu, not so much on the fact that they sold out six games but the fact that people still care about their basketball team. They have acquired one idiot after another and have had one icident after another.J.R. Rider, Shawn Kemp, Darius Miles, even Z-Randolph was dismissed from the team the last year not to mention the last few years the team has been absolutely abismal. Yet the fans still keep coming and cheering on their team. I don't think Portland is a bad basketball city at all.

I would have to say New Jersey, everytime I watch their game its completely empty same for hockey. Howeever not because the fans dont like basketball or whatever but I heard that the location of the arena is horrible and there is no conviant way to commute to it so peolpe dont bother.

I dont know if this is true or not, but im guessing Golden State is a bad basketball town. Their records never any good, but they do have an exciting athletic team...can anyone tell me if my guess was right or wrong?
