My niece was going to enroll in OSU and stay with us her freshman year...she's Taiwanese.....now she's afraid to go to school here and will go to Melbourne to study..my inlaws over there feel it's a risky environment for her given the tensions and particularly the stabbing incident in Portland recently....a lot of young people are following suit..it's going to snowball...
