Congratulations! Best of luck in the business, and a happy life to you and your beloved! By the way, if you like wine, check out "Oz and James's Big Wine Adventure" when you get a chance. It's Oz Clarke and James May traveling around France and California (two part series about a year or two apart; first France, then California) sampling wines and visiting vineyards and wine makers. It's a great series! The 3-part series overall includes "Drinks to Britain", where they travel around Britain sampling beers. The entire series was roduced from 2006 to 2009. There are so many great restaurants down there but I'm going to have to start out really penny-pinching at first having just gone through school, my fiancee still in school for one more year, moving, rings, .... as well as two places to live, both Healdsburg and Walla Walla. So, if you have a good suggestions on places to eat for less, that's up my alley at this point in time.
THat's the plan at the moment. I'm pretty handy with a sauté pan and it'll give me something to do at night.
Ummm....having just gotten married you should have plenty to do at night instead of cooking....at least in the kitchen. Just sayin'.....
I'm moving but the new misses will stay in Walla Walla for a while. She is still in school, has a Vit internship currently and a harvest internship coming up at Pepperbridge Winery. So lots of lonely nights in the near term.
